Succession Planning Case Study

The final project for Talent Development was a case study of succession planning for an organization. My original plan was to study the organization where I work; however, I was never able to secure an interview with someone from Human Resources who could answer my questions. I pivoted and completed the case study on Shannon’s Personnel Service, Inc., a housekeeping referral agency located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The unique business model provided an interesting look into succession planning from a family owned business perspective.
